Pictures of New York skyscraper by David Adjaye leaked

The returns have emerged from The Wall Street Tower, a 61 story skyscraper designed by British architect David Adjaye for Downtown Manhattan.

The residential tower will be the first skyscraper of the recently appointed New York architect and includes 244 luxury condominiums.

Adjaye designed the project for Lightstone Group, which published the images on a dedicated website discovered by The Real Deal, before being quickly withdrawn.

The building will reach 750 feet (229 meters) at 130 William Street in the financial district - close to other upscale developments like Frank Gehry's New York by Gehry Tower.

The yields show golden facades perforated by arched windows, which increase in height on the sides of the building.

They also represent cavernous spa and recreation facilities for residents, which are expected to start between $ 630,000 ($ 486,000) and $ 4.7 million (£ 3.6 million) for four-bed studios.

Other facilities are provided to include a sports field, swimming pool, lounges and gardens - all with a panoramic view of the city and beyond.

Adjaye completed his first project in New York - Sugar Hill's affordable housing for Harlem - in 2014. A children's art museum opened on its lower floors.

The breakthrough of the Tanzanian-born architect was carried out at the National Museum of African-American History and Culture in Washington, DC, which began earlier this year and led to its inclusion in the list of The 100 most influential  people of the magazine Time.
